Some estate plans include transferring title to real estate utilizing beneficiary deeds and joint tenancy deeds.
If necessary, I also provide experience in probating the estate of a decedent. I am available to assist and advise surviving spouses and beneficiaries regarding the requirements to probate an estate in Arizona, including smaller estates when appropriate. Additionally, I am able to represent personal representatives appointed in probated estates and managing the probate, from filing the initial pleadings to the closing statement. My services can also be retained to assist with representation of beneficiaries of estates, trustees and successor beneficiaries of revocable trusts.
I am available to represent persons seeking a guardianship and/or conservatorship for minor children and elderly adults facing capacity issues. I am proficient in filing annual reports and annual accountings required by the Court.
